Return & Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted after 5 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original receipt.

  • Approval: Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.



Special Orders

  • Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • All special orders require a deposit at the time of purchase.

  • Please review your order details carefully before confirming, as changes may not be possible once production begins.



Clearance Items

  • All clearance items are sold “As Is”.

  • No warranty, no returns, and no exchanges apply to clearance purchases.

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect clearance items thoroughly before purchase.

  • Delivery Fees applies



Warranty Information

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where available.

  • Warranty claims will follow the terms and conditions set forth by the manufacturer.

  • We are happy to assist with warranty claim submissions, but approval is at the manufacturer’s discretion.



Delivery & Pickup Policy

  • Please ensure the delivery area is prepared and accessible on the scheduled date.

  • Any rescheduling must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance.
